I have been working with Travis for awhile and he knew exactly what I was looking for in an investment property. He let me know of a property that was just coming on the market that he thought would be perfect for my needs. I set up an appointment to look at it the next day and after seeing it I made an offer that was accepted by the seller. This all happened so fast the home never made it to the multiple listing. My wife and bought a HUD home and if you have ever done that you know all the extra hoops HUD makes you jump through! Travis helped us on every step through a difficult transaction with HUD and a third party that HUD used, who was in charge of the sale property. Travis got us through it, he earned every penny that he made on this sale. He is a HUD specialist now, he knows every in and out of a HUD transaction for sure!
